Participants:
Local artists, people interested in photography, handicrafts and Carpathian culture / not running a business.
Purpose of the meeting:
Popularization of local products, ensuring the development and promotion of local cultural heritage as well as effective and sustainable use of it in order to increase the level of attractiveness of the Polish-Slovak borderland. Popularization of the culture of the Polish-Slovak border by familiarizing participants with modern techniques of making and processing product photos

Workshop program:
9:30 - 10:00 registration of participants
10:00 - 11:30 Workshops part 1:
- Introduction to the project, workshop assumptions
- Cultural resources as a tool for the promotion of the borderland
- The world of photography, examples of the most interesting photos and advertising ideas
- Principles of operation of digital cameras, how to purchase photographic equipment on your own
- How to make a portrait, learning the "keying" technique, as well as the differences between classic and characteristic portraits.
- Photography of architecture, landscape and product photos. How to build your first home photo studio?
11:30 - 12:00 coffee break
12:00 - 14:00 Workshops part 2:
- Product photos, ideas and ways. Processing photos in graphic programs
- Image composition
- Photoreport, or how to make a charming series of photos
- Create a portfolio
- Filming rules and concepts for creating a short promotional film
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. lunch
The number of places is limited.
The workshops are organized as part of the "EtnoCarpathia" project co-financed by the Interreg VA Poland-Slovakia Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020 and by the National Institute of Freedom - Center for Civil Society Development from the Civic Organization Development Program for 2018-2030.
