The project assumed the implementation of activities aimed at disseminating knowledge about traditional culinary and wine products from the Polish-Slovak border area and their extensive promotion. Participation in the Economic Forum in Krynica contributed to the interest of a wide audience in the subject of wine-growing and cuisine of the Polish-Slovak borderland, while during the workshops guidelines for the tourist product Carpathia & Slow Beskid were developed, which is an important tool for promotional activities of the border area, in particular the Low Beskids and The foothills on the Polish side and the areas of Slovakia bordering the Beskid. The tourist product and its offer are based on getting to know the Carpathian border, in particular the history of places and nations living here, as well as tasting wines and food products from this region.

The main activities carried out under the project:

Promotional exhibition of the culinary and wine heritage of the Polish-Slovak borderland at the 26th Economic Forum in Krynica - participation in the Forum in Krynica was an important element of promotion related to the rich culinary and wine tradition of the Polish-Slovak borderland. Over 3,000 people from over 50 countries participated in the XXVI Economic Forum in Krynica. The prepared exhibition and the proper and large-scale promotion during the Forum contributed to the interest of a wide audience in the subject of winemaking and culinary delights of the Polish-Slovak borderland. Participation in such a prestigious event made it possible to expose and show to a wide audience the best, selected products that testify to the heritage of the borderland.

The "Taste of Tradition" workshop on the culinary and wine heritage of the Polish-Slovak borderland took place on the Polish and Slovak side (2 editions) in places where culinary and wine traditions are cultivated. Two days of the workshops concerned traditional products and dishes found on the Polish-Slovak border. One day was devoted to wine traditions and opportunities for the development of the wine industry in the region. One day is a visit to selected places cultivating the culinary and wine traditions of the borderland. 68 people participated in the workshop. The workshop also resulted in the development of strategic guidelines for the Carpathia & Slow Beskid tourist product under the project.

Development of the Carpathia & Slow Beskid tourist product together with the image brochure of the developed product.   The tourist product created as part of the project is based on getting to know the Carpathian Polish-Slovak border, in particular the history of places and nations living here, as well as tasting wines and food products from this region. A properly prepared tourist offer can interest and encourage even the most demanding tourists to visit. The developed tourist product responding to the challenges of the market will promote the heritage of the Polish-Slovak borderland also after the completion of the project.
