The project also included many cross-border soft activities.
The main activities carried out under the project:
- Equipment for recreational and cultural infrastructure in the Ondava basin . The task involved marking the ports on the 24 km section of the Ondava River (Veľká Domaša - Nižný Hrabovec), and the marking of the 20 km horse trail (Viťazovce - Vyšný Kazimír section). Under the Čičva Castle, a small infrastructure was created in the form of boards, wooden log benches and wooden railings. Roofed exhibition stands were also purchased for the organization of events. The planned activities were aimed at improving the usability of the facilities and increasing accessibility for tourists.
- Building and equipping the cultural infrastructure in the Wisłok basin necessary for the organization of fairs . In order for the horse-train track to attract tourists and be competitive, it has been equipped with infrastructure used by tourists during their stay in the border area. The area was prepared for the organization of Carpathian fairs, and roofed exhibition stands were purchased to display local handicrafts and culinary products. Merchant fairs were organized in Rymanów, Jaćmierz, Besko and Bukowsko. In Bajkowa Krainie Pogranicza, a mini concert shell was created in which children from both Poland and Slovakia can present their talents.
